Capeston Mr Darcy

Capeston Mr Darcy is an extremely rare Grulla / Black Dun purebred Irish Draught stallion. Mr Darcy is by Cloneyhea Spellbound C1, out of Black Cat Kelly.

Mr Darcy is a compact stallion with excellent movement and ground covering stride. He is a well built with correct conformation. His temperament is very sweet, quiet and loving. He has 10.5 inches of bone and stands at 16.3 at four years old. He is a pleasure to have in the barn with his loving and expressive character.

Mr Darcy was started under saddle in early 2025 and impressed his trainers with his willing and trainable disposition. He has been free jumped and shows great scope.

He is registered as a purebred Irish Draught with the Irish Draught Horse Society (GB) and Irish Draught Horse Society of Canada. His offspring can be registered Irish Draught Sport Horse regardless of mare breed.
